How we work

We recruit and select candidates that best fulfil your family’s needs, such as nannies for the day, live-in carers, native tutors. We will promptly respond to your requests. If you are looking for a specific profile, please contact us or fill in the following form. We will send you the profiles that best suit your needs ASAP, sometimes accompanied by presentation videos.
  If we find any interesting candidates, together we will carry out a preliminary interview and selection of the ideal candidate, either at our offices or at your home. Should the candidate successfully pass the eight days’ probation period, you can hire the candidate yourself and proceed with the payment of our consulting fees. If not, we will continue looking for a suitable profile.

Rates and guarantee

Our fee amounts to one month’s net salary of the hired candidate plus VAT. As regards occasional work (chefs, tutors, seasonal workers, etc.), our fee amounts to 20% of the candidate’s total compensation for the working period. For further information please contact us by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You will benefit from a 3-month guarantee, starting from the first day of probation, during which you can request the replacement of the selected candidate. We will resume the search for a suitable candidate, without you having to pay any extra cost. The fee for our recruitment and selection services is € 100.00. Below you can find the standard monthly salaries per professional category.

Domestic workers

They deal exclusively with housekeeping, laundry and cooking (including weekly grocery shopping management).
Hourly contract:
  • Part-time: € 500.00-€ 800.00 net/month.
  • Full-time: € 1,000.00-€ 1,500.00 net/month.
Live-in contract:
  • Live-in housekeeper: € 1,000.00-€ 1,600.00 net/month for 54 hours/week (10 hours Monday-Friday with a 2-hour break + Saturday mornings). Weekends and travelling to be paid as overtime.
  • Live-in domestic couple: € 2,000.00-€ 3,500.00 net/month.
Full-time professional cooks, personal maids/valets and laundry workers: € 2,000.00 net/month.
Butlers (usually live-in): € 2,500.00-€ 3,500.00 net/month.
Salaries vary according to the candidate’s experience and references.
20% discount on our training courses for housekeepers.
Our Finishing School offers appropriate training for your domestic workers.

Babysitters

They take care of children (play, study, hygiene, meals) and the house (only for full-time or live-in workers and depending on the age of the children).
  • Hourly contract:
    • Part-time: € 600.00-€ 900.00 net/month.
    • Full-time: € 1,000.00-€ 1,600.00 net/month.
Live-in contract:
    • € 1,000.00-€ 1,800.00 net/month for 54 hours/week (10 hours Monday-Friday with a 2-hour break + Saturday mornings). Weekends and travelling to be paid as overtime.
Salaries vary according to the candidate’s experience and references.
Nursery nurses: salary to be defined based on the number of hours’ service. Higher rates for native English-speakers.

Carers

  • hey take full care of an elderly person, either self-sufficient or not, and the house.
    • Hourly contract:
      • Part-time: € 600.00-€ 900.00 net/month or € 900.00-€ 1,200.00 net/month for part-time night shifts.
      • Full-time: € 1,200.00-€ 1,600.00 net/month.
Live-in contract:
      • € 1,200.00-€ 2,000.00 net/month for 54 hours/week (10 hours Monday-Friday with a 2-hour break + Saturday mornings). Weekends and travelling to be paid as overtime.
